UNWANTED GOODS

 

You can return all or part of your order within 30 days for a refund, for any reason.

The product must be in its original packaging materials, in as new and re-sellable condition.

Any sealed bags or plastic covering must remain intact and un-opened.

We do not charge re-stocking fees for returns however if an item is not in as-new condition then we reserve the right to either refuse the return completely or reduce the refund accordingly.

All returns are to be shipped back to us at FAO Returns, Tech4, Unit 6 Glenmore Business Centre, Aerodrome Road, Gosport, PO13 0FJ at your own cost. We cannot be liable for any missing deliveries so please ensure you use a tracked, insured delivery service.

We are happy to swap your product for an alternative if required. Our main aim is to make sure that you have the right product for your project.

Faulty Goods Information

FAULTY GOODS

 

In the unfortunate event that your item develops a fault within the warranty period then please contact us directly on 02393 190955 or via email so that we can discuss and offer potential resolution via telephone.

If we confirm your item to be faulty it will need to be returned to ourselves, we usually ask you to send it back via an online service then we will refund you the delivery costs.

Goods are then inspected and resolved accordingly. Please note that we have to follow manufacturer procedures for all returns, as such we are unable to offer advance replacements - all products must come back in order to be sent back to the manufacturer.

All of our products are tried and tested and have good warranties and good technical support available. Unfortunately as with all electronics there can be issues, but we are very pro-active and efficient at resolving issues.

DAMAGED ON DELIVERY

 

We take great care in packaging your order, we utilise cardboard boxing and inflatable air packaging to ensure it arrives safely.

However in the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue accordingly.
