Choosing a home audio system is a difficult task at the best of times, but when you can't just pop to your local shops to test one out it's even more difficult. 

So that's why we're the first to offer a 30 day home trial on all of our kitchen & bathroom radio systems.

NO RISK - How It Works

 

We will help you choose the most suitable radio system for your home. You can speak to us by phone, e-mail or live chat and we'll help you with anything you need to know from features, specifications right through to how to install.

Once you've bought the most suitable system for your room, try it out for 30 days and if you are not happy with it we will accept it back for return or exchange. We'll then be happy to help with an alternate system.

 

Which Products Are Eligible?

 

Almost all of our kitchen & bathroom radio bundles are included. Look in the "Specifications" tab for compatibility. If in doubt please feel free to contact us.

SMALL PRINT

 

We're making the small print, less small!

You can return the item for any reason, we'll let you have a refund or we'll work with you on an exchange.

There are only a few requirements to keep it all fair for both sides.

 

1. You need to keep all of the original packaging, and take great care when opening. If you do not keep the packaging then a 25% handling fee will be applied.

2. If the item is damaged, marked or in poor condition then we reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a larger restocking fee of up to 50%

3. You must raise an RMA Request within the 30 day period. Requests after 30 days (including weekends) from your date of purchase will not be accepted.

 

We will happily return your item for a full refund but please note that we are not responsible for any holes or empty boxes caused by removing your system. So please bear this in mind.

 

What Happens To Returns?

 

Don't worry, we don't sticker them back up and sell them on as new!

Luckily we very, very rarely get anything returned as our customers are almost always happy with their systems. So when we do it's usually put on our outlet at a discounted price. Returned items will never end up back in day-to-day stock.
