Hi, the E100 has a power adapter with a plug top transformer. It comes with an extension cable to run out to the keypad. Most customers will install the power adapter in a kitchen or bathroom cupboard plugged into a standard socket outlet. It depends on the room and the layout, we reccomend that the plug is accessible but it can be anywhere you can safely install a socket outlet i.e cupboard, loft, etc. Kind Regards, Craig.

Hi Dermot, the auxillary input is rear facing. This is fine for connecting to TV's, media streamers etc where you won't be plugging in or out on a regular basis. If you're looking to plug a device in regularly then I would reccomend wiring a cable to an outlet plate sited elsewhere. Outlet plates are available for <£5. Otherwise the bluetooth connection is suitable for all phones, tablets etc.

Hi Rich, this system is only compatible with wired speakers. All speakers will need some form of wires. Bluetooth ceiling speakers can often be as simple as just a power supply, but essentially still needs some form of wiring. If you can get a power supply in the ceiling but no other cables then I would suggest looking at the Lithe Audio Bluetooth Ceiling Speakers range.

Hi Brett, as it is a long and narrow kitchen I'd say two speakers would be sufficient with the E100. It'll provide good quality sound. I'd reccomend upgrading the speakers to the QI65C (option on product page) as they sound a lot better. Regards, Craig.
