Q. Is your site secure?

A. Yes! We use an SSL licence to keep your details safe, however our payment modules are actually hosted off site direct with the card processor (Cardsave & PayPal) so when you enter your card details you are on the card processors directly hosted site, which means they use the latest and greatest level of security on their servers and your connection. We never even see your card details.

 

Q. How much is delivery?

A. FREE! Well, for orders over £50 anyway. We ship 99% of orders on a next day courier service (Interlink, UK Mail & UPS) at no cost to yourself. So not only do you get it free, but you'll get it quickly! We don't offer an "express" or "guaranteed' delivery because we feel we don't need to. Our aim is always to get your product to you, ASAP.

 

Q. How soon can I expect my order to arrive?

A. Most orders are shipped the same day if received before 2pm. We normally use a 24 hour courier service as standard so most orders will reach you next day, for free! If your order is of lower value (i.e a replacement remote control or a DAB aerial) then we will normally send it via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded which sometimes arrives next day, but most of the time it is within 2 working days. We ship orders daily from Monday to Friday, we do not ship over the weekend, or on bank holidays.

 

Q. Will you ship to Europe?

A. Yes, usually we will ship most products to Europe, but this will incurr additional costs. Please email us if you want an item delivered outside of the UK.

 

Q. Will you ship outside of Europe?

A. Generally, No. We stick to the UK and Europe. However if required we will ship to the USA on an order by order basis. So please email us with details on what you want and for a shipping quote.

 

Q. Do you see my card details?

A. Nope! We use off-site card processing direct with the card provider. When you enter your details you are sending your details direct to their highly secure servers, we never see it and your transaction isn't even on our server. We do still have our own SSL licence, and we follow strict PCI regulations as well. 

 

Q. What do you do with my email address and customer details?

A. Your billing address, phone number and shipping address are used solely for us to get your product to you. We do not sell or use address details or phone numbers in any other way. EVER. Your email address will be used to send automatic order updates to keep you up to date with your order process. If you agree to our newsletter then we will send you regular (but not too many!) email shots with useful information and relevant deals. We will never give your email address to anyone else. Our business is in selling kitchen and bathroom radios, not email addresses!
